I have posted this on my previous blogs, like maybe for more than 5 times. But, I am just never bored to show these photos off, because personally, I love them. I was so passionate when I took them. And, don't you think it's genius, how a non-electronic yet colourful thing, without a battery or a built in flash, can produce such a great vintage photo collection?
For those who haven't heard about it, that adorable analogue device, is actually called Actionsampler, and it's a LOMO. I got the thing 3 years ago from my backpacking trip. I was 15 and I said to myself, I would rather starve than not having that marvellous camera. I was really pleased by how cool it was. I took dozens and dozens of frames. And that now, I still got so many unprocessed rolls burdened in my room.
However, I can't really take pictures with that camera anymore. I don't know, is it because I spilled coffee on it, or Canada's winter got it frozen, It just has been completely broken. But pals, as a friend once said to me, don't be sad because it's over, smile because it happened, So I'm not sad, I'm glad I got the chance to own it!
Hm, I'm thinking for a replacement, what LOMO do you think I should get?
